Responsibilities: • Proactively develop leads of potential clients through referrals, strategic networking, and innovative marketing approaches. • Establish and nurture lasting client connections by delivering exceptional communication and personalized customer service. • Assess clients’ financial situations and insurance needs to recommend customized solutions that align with their goals. • Guide clients through application processes, conduct comprehensive policy reviews, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete. • Perform needs assessments to identify personalized solutions for clients. • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain long-term trust and loyalty. Qualifications: • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Proficiency in using basic computer skills and software such as Zoom, Microsoft PowerPoint, and various Internet browsers is required. • Must possess or be willing to obtain an Insurance Agent License. • Candidates must have US Work Authorization. • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding personal goals is a must. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Compensation: $30,000 - $300,000 commision yearly
