Responsibilities: • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique financial goals and insurance needs. • Educate clients on life insurance products and recommend tailored solutions that align with their circumstances. • Guide clients through the application and underwriting processes with accuracy and efficiency. • Provide ongoing support and communication to clients, addressing concerns and building long-term trust and loyalty. • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies. Qualifications: • Must reside in US, or Canada. • A valid life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one in the next 90 days). • Ability to work remotely with your computer, phone, and internet connection. • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving personal financial success. • Willingness to complete onboarding training (approx. 8 hours). Compensation: $300,000 performance based
