About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Lead to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency. As a leader in the insurance industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients and creating a positive work environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets with continuous Allstate Insurance Experience. Base + Commission: 3-5% on monthly P&C Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have 3 years of continuous Allstate Insurance Experience (mandatory requirement)
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and objectives as established by Owner.
Report to Agency Owner and work with team members to establish Sales goals
Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
Maintain Agency Retention Numbers
Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Write, develop, implement, and train effective sales strategies and plans.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to Owner and Sales Staff.
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Cold calling/outbound calls
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Lead or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or years in experience.
Knowledge of [industry/sector] is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
