Responsibilities: • Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. • Assess and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified insurance professionals. • Use applicant tracking systems to manage and track candidates. • Build relationships with educational institutions and industry networks to attract talent. • Collaborate with hiring teams to coordinate interviews and make hiring decisions. • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the process. • Represent New York Life at career fairs and industry events. Qualifications: • Experience in talent acquisition, ideally within insurance or financial services. • Knowledge of best practices in recruiting, sourcing, and evaluation. • Familiarity with insurance roles and industry requirements. • Skilled in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals. • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to align recruitment strategies with business needs. • Proficient in analyzing recruitment data and using ATS and other tools. • Understanding of legal requirements and data privacy laws. • Professional, ethical, and discreet in handling confidential information. Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly
