    Safe Shield Health Advisors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team in our call center. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who excels in driving revenue, optimizing lead management, and developing top-tier sales talent. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing inbound and outbound leads, running a dialer system, and implementing training strategies that empower agents to succeed. Responsibilities: • Lead, train, and mentor a large team of insurance sales professionals. • Develop and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates for inbound and outbound leads. • Oversee and optimize the use of dialer systems to improve efficiency and performance. • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics, ensuring team members meet or exceed targets. • Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, scripts, and processes. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. • Foster a high-energy, competitive, and goal-oriented sales environment. Qualifications: • Proven track record of success in insurance sales and sales management. • Experience leading a high-volume call center sales team. • Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound lead management. • Hands-on experience with dialer systems and CRM software. • Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills. • Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies for optimal performance. • Health insurance experience is highly preferred. • Licensing in health and/or life insurance is a plus. Compensation: $52,000 per year + Monthly & Bi-Annual Bonuses
