Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Property and Casualty License or ability to get licensed
Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
Responsibilities
Assist experienced agents in providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with agents to conduct thorough policy reviews, identifying opportunities for coverage improvement.
Participate in product presentations to educate clients about available insurance options and their benefits.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
Actively engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance your insurance knowledge and sales skills
