Responsibilities: • Set up interviews with promising candidates and additional skills testing if necessary • Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our insurance firm • Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration • Provide all candidates with very clear information regarding their application, whether they’ve received an offer or not • Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media • Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updates Qualifications: • Interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are needed for this role • Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting • Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years • B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary • Required to get a Property and Casualty license and assist new team members with onboarding (We will supply the materials) Compensation: $20 hourly
