Responsibilities: • Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates • Develop an effective, agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent • Facilitate salary and benefit package discussions as needed Qualifications: • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • Interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are needed for this role • Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions • At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000 yearly
