    Are you an experienced insurance recruiter who is motivated to get our firm the best talent in the industry? If so, we are looking for you! Additionally, you'll execute our established sales strategies to build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. Our insurance firm is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a seasoned expert to expand our team. Ready to take on the challenge? Apply now! Compensation- $30,000 - $300,000 Yearly (This is a fully commission-based role with upside earning potential.) Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise agents with high potential and develop them into top performers to gain new clients and drive sales • Execute our agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent • Schedule interviews and additional skills testing as needed • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, and other financial products Qualifications: • Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service experience is a plus • Open to embracing the financial industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
