Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise agents with high potential and develop them into top performers to gain new clients and drive sales • Execute our agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent • Schedule interviews and additional skills testing as needed • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, and other financial products Qualifications: • Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service experience is a plus • Open to embracing the financial industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
