Compensation- $30,000 - $300,000 Annually (Earnings vary based on individual performance) Responsibilities: • Design and execute strategic plans to identify, attract, and onboard top-performing life insurance agents. • Actively source candidates through referrals, networking events, social media platforms, and other innovative channels. • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, concerns, and insurance needs. • Seamlessly guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation. • Offer consistent, proactive support to clients, addressing questions or concerns and fostering long-term loyalty and trust. Qualifications: • U.S. work authorization is required.Must have or be willing to obtain an Insurance License. • Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or life insurance is advantageous but not required—training is available for motivated candidates. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Proficiency with tools like Zoom, Microsoft PowerPoint, and CRM platforms for effective virtual collaboration and client management.
