Compensation- $30,000 - $300,000 Yearly (This is a commission-based role with upside earning potential.) Responsibilities: Sales Leadership • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to deliver tailored insurance solutions to clients. • Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized attention. • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution. Recruitment Strategy • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the insurance industry. • Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and creative sourcing methods. • Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ potential, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. • Collaborate with leadership to identify team needs and align recruitment efforts with company goals.
