    Your Role as an Insurance Sales Representative

    As a Licensed Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, educating clients on their coverage options, and building lasting relationships. Our top agents understand that sales are about solving problems, not just closing deals—and they are rewarded for their success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ✅ Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals:

    $35,000+ in new business premium per month

    30+ policies written monthly

    10+ life insurance referrals per month

    ✅ Execute Proactive Sales Strategies:

    75+ outbound calls per day, 4+ hours of talk time

    15+ scheduled appointments per week

    Follow up on all leads within 24 hours

    Leverage networking and referral partnerships (real estate agents, mortgage lenders, business owners, etc.)

    ✅ Consult & Educate Clients:

    Provide customized coverage recommendations tailored to client needs.

    Clearly explain policy coverages, exclusions, and benefits.

    Offer bundling options to maximize savings and protection.

    Ensure 100% compliance with insurance regulations.

    ✅ Leverage Technology for Success:

    Use CRM and sales tracking software to document client interactions and manage follow-ups.

    Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure a seamless client experience.

    What We’re Looking For:

    ✔ Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life & Health preferred but not required). ✔ Proven track record in sales and achieving performance goals. ✔ High-energy, goal-driven, and self-motivated mindset. ✔ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. ✔ Willingness to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. ✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
