Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction • Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty Qualifications: • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations • High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary • Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful If you join us, you will be getting access to a free, world-class training program, but any experience in sales, finance, insurance, customer service, teaching, or coaching will likely make you an ideal candidate for this opportunity.
