We also use social media to market our firm with a very an overwhelming response. Bring a friendly attitude and a passion for customer service, and we’ll invest our resources into training you to be a successful insurance sales representative! • No Purchase of leads • No Cold Calling • 90-day Training and leadership format Responsibilities: • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients Qualifications: • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful Compensation: $68,000 at plan yearly
