    Role and Responsibilities

    Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed new business production goals (we provide warm, quality leads and sales support).

    Client Engagement: Develop insurance quotes, communicate clearly, and close sales.

    Referral Development: Encourage and obtain client referrals by asking after every sale.

    Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in all customer interactions and documentation.

    Strong work Ethic: Show up everyday ready to win.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Property & Casualty insurance sales, with a proven track record of personal sales production of at least $35,000/month in premium.

    Licensing: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.

    Skills:

    Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

    Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.

    Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

    Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

    Genuine desire to positively impact clients' lives by assessing needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
