Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to assess their financial needs goals and current financial situation • Develop personalized financial strategies, including insurance investment and retirement planning • Offer ongoing advice and adjustments to ensure client are on track to meet their financial objectives • Recommend the most suitable products that align with each client's risk tolerance and financial goals • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins • Work within a team to achieve collective goals, sharing insights and strategies • Follow up with potential clients to close sales and onboard new clients Qualifications: • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly
