Responsibilities: • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders What You’ll Do: • Be the Expert: Run insurance quotes, finalize accounts, and process new business with confidence. • Connect with Clients: Build trust through exceptional communication and tailored solutions. • Drive Sales: Handle high volumes of calls, uncover opportunities, and exceed sales targets. • Solve Problems: Address client inquiries quickly and effectively. Qualifications: • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are necessary; customer service skills are helpful • Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs • High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus • A valid Insurance License (or willingness to obtain it before starting). Compensation: $150,000
