You will grow personally and professionally along with clients Qualifications: • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs • Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial • High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred • Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role • Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations • Be a people person • Exhibit keen listening • Have strong attention to detail • Have a knack for navigating the finer details in business or financial planning • Insurance license or willing to obtain Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 at plan
