Responsibilities: Please note, this is a sales position! • Meet with clients to evaluate their insurance needs, financial objectives, and risk tolerance, gathering comprehensive insights into their financial situation. • Recommend appropriate insurance products from New York Life’s portfolio, clearly explaining options, features, and benefits to empower clients to make well-informed decisions. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, set clear goals, and actively pursue new clients through networking, community engagement, and lead-generation efforts. • Assist clients throughout the application process by collecting required information, completing paperwork, and working with underwriters to ensure smooth and timely policy issuance. • Establish and nurture strong client relationships by conducting regular policy reviews, offering continuous support, and adjusting coverage as clients' needs evolve. • Comply with all regulatory standards, ethical practices, and company policies, ensuring that clients’ insurance plans meet legal requirements and maintain confidentiality. • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product advancements, and sales techniques, improving service quality and effectiveness. • Collaborate with other New York Life professionals, including underwriters and financial advisors, to provide clients with well-rounded, comprehensive financial solutions. Compensation: $60,000 - $91,000 yearly
