Responsibilities: • Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders • Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles • Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients • Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish • Handle Inbound Calls ONLY: Respond to client inquiries efficiently with potential clients to discuss their health plan needs. • Assess Client Needs: Identify and understand customers' health plan requirements through active listening and questioning. • Present Health Plan Options: Clearly explain and present suitable health plan options to clients, including policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms. • Process Applications and Enrollments: Assist clients through the application process and ensure accurate enrollment in chosen health plans. • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, positive demeanor while addressing client concerns or questions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance goals. • Maintain Accurate Records: Document all client interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up. • Stay Updated on Industry Changes: Keep abreast of new health plans, changes in existing policies, and regulatory requirements through continuous learning. • Compliance and Ethical Practices: Ensure all sales and communication adhere to company policies and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure coordinated efforts and client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required • Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations • Job seekers must have an insurance license • Experience with accounting and or sales lead software is a plus • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in the insurance or health plan industry, with a strong record of achieving targets. • Licensure (Preferred but Not Required): While a license to sell health plans is preferred, it is not mandatory. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and explain complex health plan options clearly. • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of assessing client needs and providing suitable health plan solutions. • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of applications and enrollments. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes in health plan offerings and regulations. • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and other office software relevant to managing client information and sales processes. • Motivated and Results-Oriented: Self-driven individual who is goal-oriented and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
