We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Retention Specialist to join our team and help us enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Position Overview As a Retention Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience with our services. You will be responsible for reaching out to clients, understanding their needs, addressing any concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance overall satisfaction. You will apply insurance knowledge to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships and minimize client churn.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Proactively reach out to clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
Help protect customers by referring additional insurance products that will meet their needs.
Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and enhance service offerings.
Create and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase client loyalty.
Conduct semi-annual reviews for insureds in renewal period.
Job Qualifications
Previous insurance experience required. Applications without a Property & Casualty Insurance License will not be considered.
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client retention roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in other languages (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
