Key Responsibilities:
Client service focus: Handle incoming calls, manage renewals, and address any client inquiries or service needs.
Manage client relationships: Provide timely, friendly, and professional service to maintain and strengthen client connections.
Process renewals: Help clients review and renew their policies, ensuring their coverage meets their needs.
Problem-solving: Resolve client issues, provide information, and offer guidance on their insurance policies.
Cross-sell when appropriate: Identify opportunities to suggest additional coverage or services.
Stay organized: Manage client documentation and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance: Follow industry standards and company protocols for every interaction.
What You Bring:
No experience required – we welcome newcomers with a willingness to learn and grow.
Previous customer service experience is a plus (especially in a call center or office setting).
Licensed or not? Doesn’t matter! We’re happy to work with you whether you have your insurance license or are working on getting it.
Excellent communication skills – you’re able to interact with clients with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Positive attitude – you’ll be working with clients, and a friendly demeanor goes a long way.
