Role Overview The Insurance Services Coordinator provides critical client service and administrative support. This position is suited for candidates with client-facing or operational backgrounds, such as client service associates, executive assistants, legal assistants, or administrative professionals. A California Life/Health Insurance license is preferred but not required.
Administrative Management: Maintain client and policy data, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support daily office operations.
Organizational Excellence: Foster a well-organized environment by ensuring compliance and enhancing office efficiency.
Insurance Support: Oversee business flow by reviewing applications, managing underwriting, and ensuring accuracy throughout the sales process.
Client Service: Act as the liaison among advisors, clients, the home office, and underwriters, handling service requests like payment issues, policy updates, and inquiries.

Qualifications
Full-time availability at our conveniently located West LA office; offering modern panoramic views and a professional and positive atmosphere.
California Life and Health Insurance license preferred or willingness to quickly obtain
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2+ years of professional experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
Proficiency in Microsoft professional products
Strong communication skills and high organizational ability
