We are an established, Dave Ramsey-endorsed insurance brokerage, and we’re looking for an energetic and driven Health and Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. As part of our team, you’ll help families make informed decisions about their health and life insurance plans, all while working in a supportive and positive environment. We believe that sales come from showing how much you can show CARE and understanding and providing the right solutions to families and business we work with. .

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 5-7 phone appointments with new clients daily.
Write new business each month and grow your client portfolio.
Serve clients in 12 states, offering expert advice and insurance solutions.
Collaborate with team members to help achieve company goals.
Use Excel, Google Suites, and learn additional software programs for client management.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Passionate about health and Life insurance and helping people save money.
Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Quick learner who thrives under pressure and can adapt to new software and systems.
Team player who enjoys collaborating in an office setting.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Dave Ramsey fan or familiar with his principles is a plus!
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Healthcare.gov, Connect for Health Colorado, and Medicare Supplements is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not required.
What We Offer:
Base Salary: $36,000 per year plus commission
Commission: With performance-based incentives, you can earn $90,000+ per year based on production.

INCOME 1st year - Expected Total Income: $36,000 Salary plus $15-$20,000 commissions total $51,000 2nd Year - Expected Total Income: $38,000 Salary plus $20-$30,000 commissions total $68,000 3rd Year - Expected Total Income: $40,000 Salary plus $40-$50,000 commissions total $80,000. 4th Year Expected Total Income: $40,000 Salary plus $50-$60,000 commissions total $90,000.
