Responsibilities: • Develop an effective, agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent • Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration • Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates • Negotiate wage and benefit discussions between candidates and internal leadership • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information Qualifications: • Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions • Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required • Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly
