Responsibilities: • Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration • Set up interviews with promising candidates and additional skills testing if necessary • Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media • Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent Qualifications: • At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred • Ability to write and edit clear, engaging job descriptions • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting • B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly
