Intake Attorney - Personal Injury Law Firm As our Intake Attorney, you will have the opportunity to engage and sign clients in the areas of personal injury, including catastrophic injury, mass torts, motorcycle accidents, trucking, slip and fall, dog bites, etc. Daily Tasks: • Determine the viability of potential cases. • Sell the Firm’s strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign. • Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends. • Travel to locations to speak with and sign clients. • Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake process. • Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our office. • Develop Leadership Skills and mentor and manage the Intake Team. Qualifications: • Possess a Law Degree and maintain an active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association. • Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience practicing law as an attorney, focusing on intake procedures. • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of legal research software and applications. • Display exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities essential for establishing strong client relationships. • Showcase superior analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills required for efficient case management. Compensation: $80,000 yearly + Bonus
