    Remote Intake Attorney Position - Personal Injury Law Firm Responsibilities: • Evaluate the potential of new cases. • Present the firm's strengths and services persuasively to sign new clients. Communicate with clients to address their concerns and keep them informed about their cases, even during evenings and weekends. • Conduct virtual meetings with potential clients and guide them through the intake process. • Maintain a positive and team-oriented approach within the virtual office environment. • Foster leadership skills by mentoring and managing the remote intake team. Qualifications: • Active license with the Georgia State Bar. • Proven track record in sales and closing deals. • Minimum of two years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment law. • Ability to balance empathy with persuasion effectively. • Proficient in pre-litigation and litigation processes related to personal injury cases. Qualifications: • Possess a Law Degree and maintain an active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association. • Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience practicing law as an attorney, focusing on intake procedures. • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of legal research software and applications. • Display exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities essential for establishing strong client relationships. • Showcase superior analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills required for efficient case management. Compensation: $80,000 yearly + Bonus
