This role will be responsible for managing initial consultations and guiding clients through the intake process. and play a critical role in assessing, gathering information, and determining case viability. Responsibilities: • Evaluate potential clients' cases to determine their eligibility for representation. • Establish and nurture connections within the legal community to expand the client network. • Perform thorough legal research and analysis on ongoing lawsuits. • Ensure all case documentation complies with legal standards. • Gather and organize evidence to support case analysis effectively. Qualifications: • Active license with the Georgia State Bar. • Proven track record in sales and closing deals. • Minimum of two years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment law. • Ability to balance empathy with persuasion effectively. • Proficient in pre-litigation and litigation processes related to personal injury cases. Compensation: $80,000 yearly + Bonus
