    Job Title: Attorney Salesperson - Intake Attorney Company: An Immigration Law Firm Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid after 90-day in-person training) Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; Hybrid Compensation: Up to $200,000 (base salary plus bonuses and benefits) Job Description: Seeking an attorney with a knack for sales to connect clients with solutions we offer. This unique opportunity for a sales-driven attorney with a low base salary and high sales-based bonuses. Focus on selling immigration services without doing legal work. Requirements: U.S. bar license is required. Must have sales experience and passion for sales. Must be fluent in English AND a non-English language. No need for immigration law experience. Responsibilities: • Sell immigration services to prospective clients. • Meet specific sales goals to reach various bonuses. • Develop and maintain client relationships. • Utilize strong sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Quickly learn and apply knowledge of immigration law to identify services available to clients and to effectively communicate with clients about their questions, goals, and prospective work with our firm. • Maintain accurate client records and manage leads using our CRM software. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications: • Attorney licensed in any U.S. state. • 5-7 years working in immigration law (as an attorney or as a combo of attorney and non-attorney roles). • Strong sales skills and dynamic personality. • Some immigration law knowledge or the ability to learn quickly. • Based in the Boston area. • Fully fluent in English plus highly fluent in a non-English language, such as Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, or Mandarin. Compensation: $200,000 includes a base salary plus performance-based bonuses
