As a sales attorney, you will be conducting consultations and evaluations with potential new clients, selling our high-quality legal services, and in some instances advising on potential legal strategies. Your knowledge and understanding of the law combined with excellent sales and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in driving our firm's growth. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations by collaborating with our intake and sales team, vetting prospective clients, and managing consultation and evaluation schedules. Responsibilities: • Conducting consultations and case evaluations with potential clients to promote our legal services • Reviewing and vetting potential new clients • Overseeing the intake team for a seamless sales process • Managing schedules for potential new client consultations and evaluations • Providing sound legal advice to guide client strategies Qualifications: • Bilingual in English and Spanish • FL Barred Attorney • 3+ years of legal practice experience, preferably in family and/or probate law • Proven sales ability and knack for closing deals • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Meticulous, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team • Passion for delivering top-notch legal services Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 annually
