    Our Intake Client Care Specialist will be responsible for:

    Initial Client Engagement: Serve as the critical first point of contact for potential clients, conducting comprehensive initial interviews and assessments. Your role is crucial in gathering detailed information, demonstrating empathy, and providing a supportive first interaction that helps clients feel heard and valued.

    Case Information Management: Systematically collect, document, and process client intake information using our specialized intake management system. Accurately record client details, initial concerns, and preliminary case information with exceptional attention to detail.

    Client Screening and Qualification: Perform initial screening of potential client cases, collecting necessary background information, understanding client needs, and determining preliminary case viability. Work closely with team leaders to route potential cases to appropriate departments or specialists.

    Follow-up and Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication with potential clients, providing timely updates, scheduling follow-up consultations, and ensuring a smooth transition through the initial intake process.

    Qualified Candidates will have:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in client intake, customer service, or related client-facing roles.

    Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.

    Strong active listening skills and empathy in handling sensitive client interactions.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

    High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
