Our practice consists of mainly employment class actions: involving wage-and-hour violations, meal period and rest break violations, failure to pay wages (including minimum wage, overtime, off-the-clock work, split shifts, regular rate), failure to reimburse for expenses, untimely payment of final wages and paystub violations. Our practice also includes claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other complex consumer class actions. We regularly litigate claims for wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, and sexual harassment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Marketing Manager
Hourly: Up to $30/hr plus discretionary bonuses (D.O.E.)
We are looking to hire bright, hard-working, team-players to join our fast-growing firm.
DUTIES TO PERFORM
Manage incoming calls
Interview potential clients, witnesses, and others
Screen and sign-up leads
Organize initial case file with retainer and client documents
Research the market
Implement strategies and techniques to increase outreach
Post ads on Google and social media
Assist with various legal administrative tasks and assignments
SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Must have at least one year of experience to apply
Proven working experience performing intakes
Background in receiving and screening phone calls, handling high call volume
High personal standards and positive work ethic
Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues and promote business
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management software
Knowledge of day-to-day operations within a law office
Bilingual (Spanish) desired
