Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and service. • Respond to phone and web inquiries and assess potential clients’ legal service needs. • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. • Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-ups. Qualifications: • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must • Sales or customer service experience highly valued • Previous legal experience a plus • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel • Prefer 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in real estate or legal fields; open to training the right candidate. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
