Our law firm is expanding and needs the help of an intake specialist to take client relations to the next level and manage our growing caseload. Our ideal candidate is great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic listener, and has a dedication to customer service and a passion for helping those in need. They will provide timely and efficient intake services to screen leads and schedule consultations/sales meetings, and maximize the conversion rate of new clients signed to contracts. Our compensation package for this role is between $40,000 and $45,000, inclusive of bonuses, health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid holidays, vacation, 401(k) matching, and a structured bonus program. Responsibilities: We need a competent and professional Intake Specialist who: • Is compassionate, friendly, and smiles when answering the phone and greeting clients. • Treats callers with respect, does not allow being busy to get in the way of providing good customer service, and makes clients feel like the most important thing. • Is a team player and will never say “that’s not my job”. • Adapts to change and embraces growth. • Is focused and strives to produce high-quality work for clients. • Has a good eye for details and impeccable organizational skills. • Is able to think outside of the box and has great problem-solving skills. • Conquers case management systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to calendars, e-mail, word processing, and the internet. • Can change gears quickly while not taking the request for changes personally. • Understands the importance of entering deadlines and events into the case management system accurately. • Can deal with a boss who is always busy, might not give much direction, might get distracted by new exciting things, and who hates dealing with admin stuff. Qualifications: • Previous legal experience a plus • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Strong computer and data entry skills • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
