Providence Staffing’s client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Intake Specialist to join our personal injury law firm in Salt Lake City, UT. The Intake Specialist will play a critical role in the firm by being the first point of contact for potential clients, evaluating their cases, and guiding them through the initial stages of the legal process. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience working in a law firm, and a proven track record of success in client intake.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, gathering detailed information regarding their cases.
\- Evaluate and screen potential clients to determine case viability, ensuring alignment with firm guidelines.
\- Build rapport with clients, explaining the firm’s services and setting expectations for their legal journey.
\- Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure accurate and timely communication of client information.
\- Manage the intake process from initial contact through client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to the legal team.
\- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and case details in the firm’s CRM system.
\- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets related to client intake and retention.
\- Provide excellent customer service and empathetic support to potential clients.
Qualifications:
\- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within a law firm or legal services environment.
\- Prior experience working with personal injury cases (preferred).
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
\- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
\- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\- Ability to manage sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Compensation:
\- Base salary of $50,000 per year, plus commission opportunities based on performance.
