Responsibilities: • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate • Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly • Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team Qualifications: • Previous legal experience highly valued • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel • Strong computer and data entry skills • Customer service or sales experience a plus Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
