Responsibilities: • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyze their case fit, and make sure they feel seen and heard • Conduct consultation appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria • Supervise "maybe" clients and conduct multiple checkups with the potential client before closing their account • Supervise retainers sent to "yes" clients, as well as original information and document procurement needed during onboarding • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases Qualifications: • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Previous legal experience highly valued • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • Fluent in English and Spanish Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
