    Responsibilities:

    · Provides video and face-to-face triage, crisis intervention, brief therapeutic interventions, initial assessments, and pre-admission screenings to consumers presenting to the behavioral health urgent care as well as those requesting services

    Qualifications:

    · Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline.

    · Two or more years’ experience providing treatment to individuals with a mental illness

    · Experience in treating individuals with substance use disorders preferred

    · Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously, and work independently.

    Licensure/Certification:

    · Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a Master's Social Worker, Limited Licensed Psychologist and/or Counselor.

    · Preferred candidates will possess CAADC or eligible for Development Plan. Must become fully licensed within 30 months of date of hire.
