Our Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) group is expanding, and we are seeking an IC Designer with Analog and Mixed-Signal Circuit experience to join our elite team. In this role, you will work on developing next-generation ATE Device Power Supply (DPS) IC products and high-performance Pin-Electronics (PEIC) IC products. **

    The Role: **** **** **** ****

    ****As a senior technical leader, you will be involved in all aspects of IC development, from
    product concept through manufacturing release. You'll collaborate with cross-functional
    teams, including product definition, analog and digital design, layout, packaging, and
    testing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design high-precision analog building blocks, including Bandgaps, Opamps, and Data Converters for Automatic Test Equipment.

    • Develop functional concepts, circuit architectures, and block-level specifications.

    • Create behavioral models for system-level simulation, optimization, and verification.

    • Innovate novel transistor-level circuits to achieve industry-leading performance.

    • Utilize popular simulation tools, guide layout floor-planning, and conduct parasitic extraction and pre-/post-silicon verifications.

    • Collaborate with test engineering teams to ensure robust production testing.

    • Mentor junior engineers in analog circuit design and layout techniques.

    Qualifications: ****

    • MSEE or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering

    • 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years of hands-on, demonstrable analog
    circuit design experience

    • Proven experience in designing high-precision analog circuitry or data converters

    • Proficiency in CMOS and BiCMOS circuit design techniques

    • Expertise in designing circuits resilient to noisy environments, with grounding and isolation techniques

    • Experience with high thermal and high current density designs while ensuring parametric performance and reliability

    • Strong understanding of device physics and process technology trade-offs

    • Proficiency with development tools and automation, such as Spectre, AMS, scripting, and MATLAB

    • Knowledge of formal verification methodologies

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization **
