Job Description
Work alongside Creative Directors & Art Directors to concept and execute visual design systems across a wide array of channels.
Take projects through the full lifecycle: briefing, research, concept, design, refinement, and production
Have strong time management skills and the ability to hit deadlines
Ensure consistency and accuracy of visual output across a variety of platforms
Develop graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for campaigns, social, web, and other digital platforms
Design and animate motion graphics – GIFs, short videos, etc.
Stay up on the latest trends in design, advertising, and social media
Utilize photography editing skills in Photoshop when needed
Good interpersonal skills
Strong layout and typographic sensibilities
Have a keen eye for detail and able to work within brand guidelines
Understanding of agency design & production process
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a designer in a creative agency
Up-to-date on the latest social media trends and functionality
Proficient in Figma, Creative Suite Applications such as Photoshop & Illustrator
