Job description
We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated professional to join Predictive Strategies as an Integrated Marketing Campaign Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email, and digital/social media, with a particular focus on direct mail initiatives. We need a versatile coordinator capable of managing every aspect of these campaigns from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, driving engagement and delivering impactful outcomes. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with direct mail vendors, planning and managing budgets, identifying key performance areas, and developing strategies to optimize response rates while reducing costs. You will also be responsible for upholding timelines, quality standards, and price point decisions, all while ensuring client satisfaction by meeting deadlines and achieving campaign objectives.
Responsibilities
· Analyze prior campaign performance to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns for improved results.
· Review USPS data and act as the subject matter expert on variable print to ensure campaign accuracy.
· Proof campaign logic, metadata, and artwork to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with budget constraints.
· Evaluate financial aspects of product development, including budgets, expenditures, ROI, and profit-loss projections.
· Monitor production goals to ensure they align with campaign objectives and contractual requirements.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements, including budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
· Coordinate with Creative, Data, and Print teams to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on direct mail, email, and digital/social media platforms.
· Collaborate with clients to produce direct mail campaigns, managing timelines for print production to ensure timely delivery.
· Serve as the primary contact for escalated needs, providing clarity on ambiguous material and resolving issues efficiently.
· Maintain relationships with vendors, managing the RFP process, rate negotiations, and proposal evaluations.
· Create imaging instructions and provide formatting for print materials, consulting with vendors on design, color, and format specifications.
· Conduct annual audits to uphold high-performance standards across all vendor sources.
· Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with overall goals.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, Print Media, Print Management or related field/experience
· Prior experience with Google Display Network and Facebook advertising is preferred.
· Experience with Twilio SendGrid is preferred
· Working knowledge of email HTML and design philosophy is preferred
