Salary Range: Based on experience

Job Summary: As RYSE’s Integrated Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s operations through hands-on coordination of product and inventory control, supply chain reporting, back-office data entry, and other strategic projects. This multifaceted role is designed for someone who can bridge the gap between operational processes on the warehouse floor and analyzing materials and supply flow.

Responsibilities:

Organize and track daily operational tasks, facilitate process change requests, and act as an intermediary between back-office and warehouse teams

Assist with inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and reduce stockouts

Provide reports on operational performance, identify areas of improvement and/or discrepancies between ERP systems and true inventory

Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments on day-to-day activities

Liaise with third-party vendors and contractors regarding warehouse and office facilities improvement projects

Education and Requirements:

Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite (preferred), SAP, etc

Experience using Microsoft Suite, Teams, Outlook, etc

Previous experience as a project manager, project coordinator, operations coordinator, or a relevant role

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment and/or in distribution operations

Standout Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Previous experience working in sports nutrition and supplements
