Job Overview:

The Integrative Health Practitioner will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing both conventional and integrative medicine approaches. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient health conditions while also offering holistic treatment options that may include advanced therapies such as ozone therapy, mold toxicity treatment, Lyme disease management, and supportive oligonucleotide therapy (SOT). The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to promoting patient wellness and will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients, including detailed health histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate both conventional and integrative medicine approaches.
• Provide expertise in advanced functional medicine therapies, including ozone therapy, mold toxicity protocols, SOT, peptide therapy, and Lyme disease management.
• Educate and guide patients on lifestyle modifications, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and alternative therapies.
• Utilize herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, and mind-body techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians, therapists, and nutritionists, to ensure comprehensive and integrative patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in functional and integrative medicine, participating in continuing education.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and trainees in integrative health practices.
• Participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives to educate the public about integrative health practices.
• Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience focused on integrative or functional medicine practices.
• Training or certification in advanced therapies such as ozone therapy, mold detoxification, Lyme disease treatment, and peptide therapy preferred.
• Proficient in assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Strong understanding of herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, and other complementary modalities.
• Certification or licensure in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., NP, PA, MD, DO, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
