    Position Summary

    We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to achieving excellence in all aspects of our operations. Our mission is to support the CEO's vision and strategy by faithfully executing the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives, and integrating all major operating functions of the business. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integrator/COO to join our executive team and drive our company's success.

    The Integrator/COO is responsible for leading and enabling the operations organization, ensuring that the company's operations support the CEO's vision and strategy. This role involves overseeing internal, daily operations, ensuring that the company's operations support the CEO's vision and strategy

    ****Expected Salary - $180,000 - $200,000 annually depending on experience, plus commission.

    Objectives of this Role:

    • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and the operations strategy to achieve said vision.
    • Implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
    • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
    • Collaborate with the VP of Finance to manage and optimize financial resources, ensuring that operational decisions align with budgetary constraints and financial goals.
    • Ensure that everyone is truly following and adhering to the company's core processes and operating system with consistency.
    • Demonstrate effective project management skills and a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
    • Integrate all major operating functions of the business, ensuring everyone is rowing together in the same direction.
    • Resolve issues effectively—seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving them in a practical and healthy manner.
    • Ensure the leadership team is healthy, functional, and cohesive.
    • Confirm that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization, ensuring that everyone is in the know.
    • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
    • Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with, and by the CEO.
    • Partner with the CEO and VP of Finance regarding investment capital to budget for near-term growth targets.
    • Represent the company from a contracts standpoint and consult outside legal as necessary.
    • Work with the executive team to set and track company performance goals.
    • Maintain a high level of mutual respect with the Visionary (CEO), realizing the unique contributions and ideas that the Visionary has, and possessing an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company.
    • Balance the goals, needs, and challenges of all of the company's departments, thinking critically and prioritizing department supervisors' needs while considering the goals and direction of the company.
    • Orchestrate the major functions of the organization, managing day-to-day issues and holding the organization's people, processes, systems, priorities, and strategies together.
    • Serve as the steady force behind the organization, driving clarity and communication throughout.
    • Integrate essential functions of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to create the healthy tension that drives results.
    • Harness the Visionary's ideas into an executable plan to move forward without fragmenting the team.
    • Own the company's operating system, facilitating relationships with the members of the leadership team, and owning goal completion for the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or Integrator.
    • Experience in franchise marketing or working with franchise businesses is a plus
    • Strong understanding of business functions such as Finance, Marketing, etc.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent project management skills and a track record of successful project execution.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
