The Position
The Human Resources Manager serves as a resource for management and an employee champion. This individual will assess and anticipate HR-related needs and formulate partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization, meets the needs to the people, and builds on the culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 Years HR Experience
• Minimum 5 years Management Experience
• HR Management Certification/PHR/SPHR is Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monday - 8am - 5pm
• Be a Resource to Employees in All Facets of Human Resources
• Provide Concrete, Timely, Value-Added Services
• Manage Employee relations, Performance Management, and Development Planning
• Report to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
• Additional Responsibilities May Be Required
