    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a progressive care unit, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

    Responsibilities:

    Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

    Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions and treatments.

    Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

    Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

    Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring documentation meets all regulatory and compliance standards.

    Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

    Licensure: California Registered Nurse (RN) License, active upon hire.

    Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, valid upon hire.

    Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

    Skills and Competencies:

    Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, and implement nursing care.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.

    Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies.
