Additionally, we handle cases at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and the Copyright Claims Board (CCB). We are looking for a litigator with previous exposure to federal court proceedings, a proactive attitude, and a keen willingness to contribute effectively from day one. Compensation: $110,000 minimum
