Are you passionate about helping game-changing entrepreneurs protect and build their legacies via their trademarks, copyrights, and patents? Do you wish you could do this from the comfort of your own home and not have to go back into the office "for the culture?" We are a boutique, dynamic, woman-of-color-owned, full-service intellectual property law firm that offers remote work options for our accountable, responsible, and dedicated staff. We are a small firm, but there is aggressive growth projected, which means we need an experienced intellectual property paralegal to join our staff, work directly with the firm's managing attorney/founder as well as our other attorneys and staff to provide support in the field of trademark, copyright, and patent. Our firm is known for helping our clients leverage their IP to make more money for their families and legacies overall. Because what’s more empowering than calling the shots of your own destiny? THIS POSITION IS REMOTE, BUT WE ARE ONLY INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES WHO ARE ON PST. We do not work overtime and believe in a healthy work/life balance while still remaining committed and diligent to our work. Meaning, there is a lot of flexibility and also a lot of work to be done, and we expect our staff to act like the mature adults they are.
